Well, my much-needed Hawaiian vacation came to an end over a week ago and I’m still mourning the loss of tropical breezes and sweet shave ice that soothed my battered post-finals nerves. It was almost like culture shock when I returned to “real life,” and I haven’t exactly eased back in with grace. I suppose too much of a good thing can ruin you that way. It’s back to work, school, and thinking about the future, but I’m determined to fill my summer with swimming, smoothies, exploring, paddling, long days and longer nights with good friends… just like it should be. Until I embark on more good times, here are some Instagram iPhone snapshots of the past few weeks I spent in O’ahu. I miss it more and more each day, and hopefully I’ll be able to return again soon.
