A week ago I journeyed down to LA to visit my best friend Kali for her birthday. The minute I set foot on Southern California soil, I knew I’d never want to come home. Between Urth Caffé, the Hedi Slimane “California Song” photography exhibit (which I will recap soon!), and seeing Craig Ferguson’s show, it was a great way to spend the weekend before diving into finals.
Lately I suck at capturing precious moments on camera, but these shots are from my first outing in LA. We breakfasted at a little café/general store called Jackson Market, which was right in the middle of Culver City suburbia. Its potted succulents, tasty breakfast sandwich, and patio area instantly charmed me, and I can’t wait to go back next time.
